Source Driver IC


PT6108

The PT6108 is a CMOS silicon source driver IC designed for active matrix TFT LCD panels. After the TTL/RSDS/mini-LVDS 6-bit RGB data are applied, this device will generate 64-gray scale for driving the TFT LCD panel source lines. It supports 1200 / 1050 / 1026 / 1020 / 960 channel selectable function, shift right/left selectable function, and cascade function for dot expansion.
