Princeton Technology has established the “Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Procedure.” According to this procedure, hazard identification and risk assessments are conducted annually, and preventive measures are implemented to eliminate or reduce risks.
Each business unit is responsible for ensuring workplace safety and health. Workers identify hazards in their areas, analyzing potential risks from operations, equipment, materials, and the environment. Hazards are scored based on likelihood, exposure, and existing controls. Major risks are included in the annual ESH objectives, with management plans such as engineering improvements, operational controls, and personal protective equipment. The ESH management unit supports units in implementing and monitoring these measures.
To maintain effectiveness, Princeton Technology reviews hazard identification and risk assessments annually. Qualified personnel perform the assessments, establishing a graded risk management system. High-risk areas are prioritized for improvements. Monthly ESH audits raise awareness among supervisors and employees, enhancing the company’s overall safety and health performance.
