PT2513B

The PT2513B is an integrated three-phase sensorless BLDC motor driver IC with advanced protection features including soft-start circuitry, thermal shutdown, stall protection and output current limiting. PT2513B adopts sine wave current control to reduce audible noise during operation, and is suitable for fan motor drives that require high efficiency. On the speed control interface, PT2513B supports open-loop control; PT2513B can also perform closed-loop control by settings. PT2513B adopts BCD process, only needs a single VDD power supply, and a few peripheral parts. The chip is packaged as a HTSSOP20 with bottom heat dissipation, which is an ideal solution for compact, low-cost, sensorless BLDC motor drives. The PT2513B is pin/function compatible with the PT2513 HTSSOP20.
