PT2E01 is an entry-level general-purpose MCU that integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex-M0 32-bit core. It operates with a maximum frequency of 80MHz and features up to 64KB of Flash and 8KB of SRAM. The chip offers a wide range of functional modules and standard communication interfaces, including 1 I2C, 2 SPI, and 2 UART. It also supports rich timer resources, including 1 16-bit enhanced timer (E16C6T), 2 32-bit advanced timers (A32C2T), 2 16-bit advanced timers (A16C4T), and 1 16-bit basic timer (B16T).

PT2E01 provides general-purpose analog resources, including a 12-bit high-speed ADC, a comparator (CMP), a VRES (32-step resistor voltage divider), and an operational amplifier (OPAMP) with configurable differential/single-ended PGA supporting a gain range from x1 to x64. Additionally, it offers a calculation acceleration unit (CALC) for division and square root operations, as well as a CRC unit supporting configurable polynomial generation.

PT2E01operates with a voltage range of 2.0 to 5.5V and supports a temperature range of -40 to 125°C. It also supports multiple low-power modes.
