PT2E01MA is a motor-application MCU that integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex-M0 32-bit core and a 100 V-rated three-phase gate driver. It operates with a maximum frequency of 80MHz and features up to 64KB of Flash and 8KB of SRAM. The chip offers a wide range of functional modules and standard communication interfaces, including 1 I2C, 2 SPI, and 2 UART. It also supports rich timer resources, including 1 16-bit enhanced timer (E16C6T), 2 32-bit advanced timers (A32C2T), 2 16-bit advanced timers (A16C4T), and 1 16 bit basic timer (B16T).
PT2E01MAprovides general-purpose analog resources, including a 12-bit high-speed ADC, a comparator (CMP), a VRES (32-step resistor voltage divider), and an operational amplifier (OPAMP) with configurable differential/single-ended PGA supporting a gain range from x1 to x32. Additionally, it offers a calculation acceleration unit (CALC) for division and square root operations, as well as a CRC unit supporting configurable polynomial generation.
The operating voltage of the PT2E01MAis divided into the microcontroller supply voltage of 2.0 to 5.5 V (VDDH and VDDA) and the three-phase gate power supply voltage of 10 to 20 V (VDRV_PWR). The operating temperature range is -40 to 125 °C, and multiple low-power modes are supported.
PT2E01MAis a versatile motor-application controller designed for various vehicle control applications and power tools, covering functions ranging from sequential turn signals and interior ambient lighting to air-conditioning airflow direction adjustment, power seat control, and power tool operation.
